Step 1: Hiring Strategy Call

We offer an initial 15-30 minute call to explore your recruiting needs to ensure we are a mutual fit for each other.

Step 2: Game Plan Meeting

If we are a good fit, we offer a 30-60 minute call with key players in your recruitment team. Here we gain additional insight into your business such as the number of open positions, your company culture and the profile of ideal candidates.

Step 3: Candidate Engagement/Qualification

We match your requirements to our mapped market to identify the top 15% of the candidate market using 7/24/365 digital strategies resulting in a high response rate when contacted about an opportunity like yours.

Step 4: Candidate Delivery/Interviews

We present a minimum of 3 candidates with notes about why they are a great fit which means that candidates are fully qualified and enthused to meet you. Since companies have different selection processes, we’ll work within yours while providing our best practices and insights.

Step 5: Offer & Negotiation
